SHIPPING POLICY

Our standard methods of shipping are UPS Ground & USPS Priority Mail. Standard shipping time can take up to 5-7 business days (probably sooner) once the order leaves our warehouse. International orders may take 2-3 weeks for delivery depending on your location. If you are ordering from a major metropolitan international city your order will likely arrive sooner.

We also offer UPS Standard Overnight US shipping. You will receive your order the following business day. Overnight shipping cutoff is 1:30pm PST, Monday-Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff time will ship the following business day.

We ship orders to the address provided by the customer. If you are using ShopPay or ApplePay please make sure that you’re using your correct shipping address. Address changes cannot be made after your order has been placed. Please double check that your ship to address is correct, thank you!

Once the package has been picked up from our warehouse by UPS or USPS it is the responsibility of the courier to deliver the package. Loss, damage, or theft is out of our control and is the responsibility of the shipping company and/or recipient. Thanks for your understanding.

Please refer to the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email or SMS text for details about your shipment and proof of delivery. If your package has been lost or stolen you can file a claim with UPS here or USPS here.

By providing your email address and/or cell phone number you hereby authorize Free & Easy to send shipping confirmation and updates, and customer services inquiries about your order.

Please note packages are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders placed between 12/25-12/31 may experience delays.

PURCHASING

Please remember to use the zip code associated with your billing address when filling out the “Payment” section during checkout.

If you have not received a confirmation email you have not been charged. Please confirm all your information and try to checkout again.

If you’ve attempted to checkout but it has been declined for any reason, it may say “pending” on your credit card/bank account, but you will not be charged.

If your checkout was successful but you have not received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder.

If you live in an apartment, condo, etc., or are shipping to an office please make sure to include your suite or building number. If you do not include the number your package will not be delivered. All undeliverable packages that are returned to us will be canceled and you will be credited back the value of the merchandise less the shipping cost.

If there’s an issue with your shipment and we can’t reach you via email, we may reach out on phone or sms.

If you purchased an item that is on pre-order your order will be shipped by or before the estimated shipment date found in the item description. Pre-orders are not available for overnight shipping. If you purchased a pre-order item along with additional in-stock item(s) your order will ship together at the time the pre-order item has come back into stock.

Loyalty codes from email promos may only be used during the duration of the promotion. Only one promo code can be used per purchase. Promotional discounts are non retroactive and can not be applied to past orders.

RETURNS

What is your exchange/return policy?

We accept returns/exchanges for unworn/unwashed or defective merchandise only. All hats and socks are final sale due to health standards.

Your item(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund total unless otherwise noted.

Orders placed with a promo code are not eligible for returns. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Thank you!

Can I exchange for a different size?

If you ordered the wrong size you can exchange it for different in stock size with 14 days of delivery. To start your exchange please visit our returns portal.

How do I make a return?

If you need to return an item visit our returns portal.

Once you submit your return/exchange request you'll be given a shipping label.

We offer exchanges for domestic orders only.

We charge a $10 shipping & handling fee for all returned merchandise. This fee will be deducted from your refund total.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned goods and inspect the items(s) we will issue a refund. In some cases this process can take up to 2 weeks. Before contacting us please check with your bank to ensure your refund hasn't already been received.

How long will it take to receive my exchange?

Once we receive your returned goods and inspect the items(s) we will ship your new item(s) within 24-72 hours.

Standard domestic shipping can take 5-7 business days once your package leaves our warehouse.

International orders may take up to 2-3 weeks to reach you depending on your location. If you're ordering from a major metropolitan city your order will likely arrive sooner. Please review our International Shipping FAQ for more details.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently ship to over 20 countries and are adding more all the time. We use DHL Worldwide Express and UPS Worldwide Expedited for international shipments. In some instances customs may slightly delay the arrival of your package.

International orders may be subject to tax and duties imposed by the country the customer is ordering from. By completing the order the customer agrees to pay all applicable fees. If the package is seized by local customs officials for any reason a refund will not be issued unless the contents of the package are returned to us in their original condition.

If the customer refuses the order all fees associated with the shipment will not be refunded. For more information about your country's fees please contact your local customs office.

If the customer does not pay the required tax and duties fees assigned by their local customs office and the package is abandoned, the customer will be responsible the total order value and will not be refunded.

If a rejected package is returned to us with the contents in their original condition we will refund the customer for the value of the merchandise less any fees associated with your country's tax and duties, customs, VAT, ship to and return shipping fees.

Unfortunately we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges on international orders. All sales final.
