Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We now offer international shipping to the several countries. Please see checkout for details.
If we aren’t yet shipping to your location, reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know where you’re at.
Are there any extra fees for international shipping?
All international orders are subject to customs duties and taxes. Depending on your location, there may be a duty and tax fee associated to your shipment. If duties and taxes are assessed to your order, a local DHL Express representative will reach out to proactively assist with the clearance and delivery of your shipment.
My order is being held for duties and taxes, what do I do?
For orders fulfilled through DHL Express, a local agent will reach out proactively to help arrange for payment and clearance. Please make sure to provide a valid phone number and email address in the checkout process, as this is the phone number and email that will be attempted to reach for clearance.
I might not be home when the package is arriving, what should I do?
International orders fulfilled through DHL Express will be sent proactive text message and email alerts to help you customize your delivery. You can choose up to 6 different options to ensure that we get your order securely delivered.
Where is my order?
Please refer to the tracking number in your order confirmation email for updates on your order. Along with the proactive email and text messages listed above, international orders fulfilled through DHL Express will can be tracked at http://www.dhl-usa.com/en/express/tracking.html.
When will I get my package?
International orders are fulfilled daily, minus weekends and holidays. International orders may to take to 2-3 weeks for delivery depending on your location. If you are ordering from a major metropolitan international city your order will likely arrive sooner. Our goal is to get you your order as fast as possible! (Please refer to the tracking number in your order confirmation email for tracking).
Do you offer returns/exchanges?
Due to health and hygienic compliance, we are not currently offering returns. Please double check our sizing charts prior to checkout. For any extenuating circumstances, such as wrong or damaged items, please reach out to email@example.com for support.
