Due to our constantly changing inventory and high demand we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like an exchange, we recommend returning the item(s) for a refund and re-ordering from our live inventory.
You can return unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise. Items must be returned in their original unworn condition. All hats and socks are final sale due to health standards.
Returns must be made within 7 days of your order delivery date. Orders placed between 12/15 and 12/24 must be returned within 14 days of delivery. You will be issued a refund for the full value of the merchandise and the funds will be credited back to your original form of payment.
Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund total. Return shipping must be paid by the customer.
